We will always respond to any enquiry within 24 hours and in practice this usually means the same day.

We would usually call you unless you have indicated a preferred alternative and set up an initial interview. This is on a no commitment basis and no charge is made if you decide not to proceed with therapy; a charge is made should you decide that you would like to use CCRTT.

The initial interview is intended to be a time when you can explain a little about yourself and the difficulties you are facing while also meeting a therapist for you to decide if you would like to work with the therapist and in therapy.

During the meeting you would be asked some questions about your life as it is now and how it has been in the past. Notes are taken during that meeting. Notes are not usually taken during formal counselling sessions.

We are based in Leckhampton, Cheltenham, in quiet private rooms with street parking.

Initial Interview (if a charge is made) – £65/session (this charge is only made should you decide to proceed with counselling).

Counselling sessions – £65 per 50 minute session

Couples Counselling - £85 per 1 hour session

Our work is regulated by the Code of Ethial Conduct of The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society. As such we are bound in our work by the societies Ethical Framework.

Our work is insured and has Disclosure and Barring Service clearance.

In advance, we will send our terms and conditions which covers payment, cancelled appointments and holidays. Once you have familiarised yourself with these terms, you may have questions which can be discussed at our initial meeting.

If you would like to commence therapy, we will both sign the terms and conditions and you keep a copy. Therapy takes place on a weekly basis on the same day and time.

Anything that you say or takes place during counselling sessions is confidential.
